Due to the intimate nature of underwear, Bare Essentio follows strict hygiene and quality standards.

No Return on Used Innerwear

For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been used, washed, or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product, or
• You receive an incorrect product or size different from what was ordered.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.

Once everything is verified, the exchange/replacement item will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

Return Request Timeline

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

The product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags intact
• Free from perfume, stains, or damage

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.
